When did you join Gardiner’s and what is your background in care?

I have worked in the care industry for many years before I joined Gardiner’s.  Most recently I managed a residential children’s home.  I joined Gardiner’s in August 2018 and have loved the transition over to working with clients in their own homes.

Why the care industry?

It is a very rewarding career and it is a pleasure to watch the care we give to customers really make a difference to them and their families, whether we are visiting to give a bit of company or providing around the clock package.

Gardiner’s is a company that truly cares about clients and makes a difference, always striving to go above and beyond.  We are able to offer bespoke and person centred care plans and everyone has a package that is unique to them.  We make the time to really get to know our customers, which is reflected in the quality of care given and the excellent feedback we have received.

What’s your proudest achievement?

Taking the plunge and moving to South Korea in my mid 20’s, with just a small suitcase and a desire to travel and explore the world (I ended up staying for over 4 years…and travelled to places I only ever dreamed of!).

  • Going to watch live music
  • Travelling to new places
  • Spending time with my amazing family and friends
  • Camping trips
  • The first cup of coffee in the morning
